Climate-
Russia has a highly continentally influenced climate. It's summers are usually very warm and dry while winters are freezing cold and consist of heavy snowfall. Northern and Central European Russia have the most varied climate while Siberia has a very extreme climate, hot and sunny summers and dangerously cold winters. The average
precipitation is about 500mm in this area.
According to the climate map above, Russia has a very cool climate the southern and central parts. However, east and north Russia are freezing cold and the west seems to be on the warmer side. I think that this particular map really shows how diverse Russia's climate is in different places. This diversity is most likely due to Russia's enormous size compared to other countries.
